At the end of his illustrious military career he returned home to San Antonio and became a Partner of The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group. He retired from this practice after 14 years. During this time, he continued to develop his expertise in his field.
Today Dr. Gonzalez is currently in practice at a new clinic he founded, Texas Oaks Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute. He sub-specializes in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, with concentration on minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee. His extensive training and proven track record in orthopaedics both as a Military Orthopaedic Surgeon and as a Civilian Orthopaedic Surgeon provides assurance of the high level of superb quality care his patients receive. He is a devoted member of the San Antonio community he grew up in, and is here to serve you as a caring Orthopaedic Surgeon.
